We take delivery as seriously as we take design. So, we pride ourselves on delivering service that's fast, affordable, and communicative.

Shipping Area
We currently only ship to the United States, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia Federated States, and APO/FPO: AA, AE, AP and we do not support shipping to other countries and regions.

Shipping Time
4-5 working days after order placed.

As e-commerce consumers, we have been accustomed to ordering products on-line, and then arriving within a couple of days. Unfortunately, furniture products are large items that exceed the weight and dimension restrictions of courier services. They simply can't be shipped via courier services like FEDEX, Purolator, UPS etc...

Additionally, products often requiring scheduling a delivery team to move the product from a freight truck to your door.

Refused Delivery
Please let us know if you have refused your order at the time of delivery, and we’ll be happy to process an exchange for another item that suits your space better. In this case, we won’t charge additional shipping fees, and will simply charge or refund you any difference in price between the products.

Otherwise, refused orders will be processed as a return. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you'll be issued a refund of the item's price. Your initial shipping fee will not be refunded as the delivery was serviced. And you will be responsible for all the charges it may cost. If we don’t receive notice of a refused delivery from you, there could be a delay in issuing the refund.

If the item was refused due to damage or defect, please send us photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Address Changes
If the item hasn't been dispatched, you can change your delivery address free of charge by contacting our customer service. However, once the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for all the fees, as we need to pay third-party logistics providers for this service.


Lost Shipments
While potential package lost is an issue for all delivery services, we will try our best to help your order gets into your hands. And we highly suggest that all customers change your delivery to signature-required.

1、We request that you kindly provide a complete street address, including unit/suite number (if applicable) and zip code, for smooth delivery. In addition, please provide a direct contact phone number with area code, which will be required to complete your order.
2、We recommend measuring your space ahead of time to see if a product is the right fit and can be easily moved into the intended room.
